Foreign Ministry's Press Secretary Tigran Balayan has commented upon Azerbaijani MFA official representative Elhan Polukhov's statement on his country's allegedly demonstrating constructive approach to Karabakh settlement talks, with Armenia always rejecting proposals. "Elhan Polukhov probably means the 'constructiveness' by which Azerbaijan waged a large-scale war and rejected Paris Principles introduced in Key West in 2001. Or probably it's the "constructiveness" which enables Azerbaijan to deny the existence of the 2007 Madrid Document," Tigran Balayan said, adding that such approach could be understood only by Polukhov himself.
