Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed the agreement on formation of Rapid Reaction Force of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO RRF).

The agreement was earlier signed by Presidents of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
