RA NSC discussed political economic cooperation within CSTO frameworksOctober 30, 2009 - 19:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 30, CSTO Interagency Coordinating Commission convened its regular session presided over by National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan.Mr. Baghdasaryan introduced the results of CSTO Security Council Secretaries' session held in Brest on October 30. Representatives from ministries of defense, economy, emergency situations, as well as police and National Security Service introduced the process of implementing action plan aimed at realization of September 2008 decisions and ratification of treaties and agreements signed within CSTO frameworks.
