Armenia's international reputation increased over the past year

PanARMENIAN.Net - Thanks to Armenian President and FM, almost all of world's countries except Azerbaijan positively estimate our foreign policy, RPA press-secretary Edward Sharmazanov told a news conference in Yerevan. According to him, Armenia's international reputation has significantly increased over the recent year. Example of that is country's being mediator in normalization Russian-Georgian relations. "Negotiations over restoring Russian-Georgian transport communication via Upper Lars checkpoint are already under way, and Armenia plays a key role in the process," Sharmazanov said.



Besides, he noted, that Armenia has deepened cooperation with CSTO and NATO. "Presidents of 8 countries have visited Armenia over the past year," Sharmazanov stressed, estimating this as a great advantage for country's foreign policy.
