Ankara's discrepant statements can't urge Armenia on concessions, according to professor Ruben Safrastyan, director of the RA NAS Institute of Oriental Studies.

"Turkey's intention to link the dialogue with Armenia to the Karabakh process found no supporters," he said. "In Athens, major political actors confirmed that these processes are not interrelated."
