Handcar runs down a man at Bayandur-Gyumri railway sector
A handcar ran down a man at Bayandur-Gyumri railway sector on December 15, reported the press office of the South Caucasian Railways.
According to the report, the driver could not make out what was on the rails due to poor visibility. When approaching he saw a man aging 50-55, who did not react to honking. Emergency braking did not help. Investigation is underway.
