  MOBILE COMMUNICATION SERVICE BE PROVIDED IN ALL ARMENIAN REGION BY YEAR ENDFebruary 11, 2002 - 22:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In his interview for Armenian Public Television "ArmenTel" company executive director Nikos Georgulas promised to cut down mobile communication rates to 11 cents per minute within three years. (At the present time, a minute of mobile call is 18 cents). According to him, this will allow to have 300 thousand subscribers. The "ArmenTel" head stated that mobile communication service would be provided in all the regions of Armenia by the end of this year.
