"We all know who is a monopolist in Armenia. Monopolies prevent the country from development, and we need to combat it, " Hovik Abrahamyan , RA NA Speaker told a press conference in Yerevan.  

According to Hovik Abrahamyan, there are legislative tools to fight against monopolies. 

He stressed, that an entrepreneur should be engaged in business, while a deputy should be involved in legislative activity. 
Mr. Abrahamyan assessed as effective the work of the RA Government.
