Signing the Protocols on normalization of relations with Turkey, Armenia has predetermined the entire process, said Armen Rustamyan, member of AEF Dashnaktsutyun party and chairman RA NA committee of external relations.

"The situation is out of control. Ankara is setting terms," he told reporters on Friday.

As to the Karabakh peace process, Rustamyan said that "Armenia agreed not to allow NKR into talks unless the document on conflict resolution is published."
