It's very important that Constitutional Court's verdict over Armenian-Turkish Protocols reflected all the threats voiced by ARF Dashnaksutyun earlier, ARFD Supreme Body representative Armen Rustamyan says. "In case of passing a ruling on Protocols' conformity to Constitution, RA CC would play into the hands of Turkey," he told journalists Tuesday.

At that, he noted that the party will continue its struggle in Parliament. "Armenia's National Assembly can ratify Protocols only after making reservations therein," he added.

Asked by a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter whether National Assembly possessed such right, Mr. Rustamyan said¸ "We still have time to amend the laws to enable Parliament to introduce reservations to the documents. Otherwise, the President himself will have to make such reservations and attach them to the Protocols during the ratification process."
