CHARLES AZNAVOUR TO MARK ARMENIAN GENOCIDE DAY WITH CONCERT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Charles Aznavour will give a concert in the Quebec Canadian city on April 24 - the memorial day of the Armenian Genocide in 1915. He will also sing in public in Montreal and Ottawa. Aznavour will also act in some scenes of "Ararat" film, in which he plays one of the starring roles. The new picture of the famous Canadian film director Arom Yegoyan devoted to the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey is close to completion. Ankara has already raised an alarm fearing of the response the picture will undoubtedly have in the international community. As we have reported, France, Great Britain, Germany and Spain have already acquired the right to demonstrate the yet unfinished film.
