Vladimir Zakharov: Azeri propaganda continues, Armenia stands still

PanARMENIAN.Net - Moscow's Caucasus Research Center has about 15 Azeri -published books on Armenian fascism and portrayal of Armenians' atrocities, independent politologist Vladimir Zakharov said.



As he told a news conference in Yerevan, such books are published in great quantities and distributed in various establishments and educational institutions. "Bookstores in Moscow are jammed with Azeri literature, where Armenia is portrayed as an aggressor," the politologist noted, at the same time slamming Armenia for failing to give adequate response. According to him Armenian business community in Russia is unwilling to invest in publication of books on Karabakh and other issues. "Azeri propaganda continues, while Armenia stands still," he stressed.



Armenian Genocide Museum director Hayk Demoyan, in turn, noted that Azerbaijan hires special authors to create books full of Azeri propaganda.
