Negotiations on Karabakh conflict settlement should take place only within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group. Representative of the Council of Europe in Armenia Natalya Vutova stated it in an interview to "Arminfo" agency. In her words, Strasbourg considers that ways to resolve Karabakh problem will be found not overstepping the limits of the Minsk Group. "The Council of Europe is not engaged in Karabakh settlement, it is simply informed about the course of the process," - CE representative said.
