Iran’s decision on uranium enrichment program launch runs counter to UNO Security Council requirements and might impede the settlement of nuclear issue, Russian Foreign ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko stated.

“Iran's decision to launch own program on uranium enrichment runs counter to both UNO Security Council and International Atomic Energy Agency requirements. This step will only stir current concerns and impede the settlement of Iran’s nuclear issue,” ITAR TASS cited the spokesman as saying.
