Armenia holds the initiative in talks with Turkey, said the secretary of RPA parliamentary group.

“The Armenian-Turkish process enters a new era, which promises to be complicated,” <b>Eduard Sharmazanov</b> told a news conference on Friday.

As to resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Mr. Sharmazanov said that “Armenia will never let anyone use the language of ultimatums”.
