PEOPLE IN BAKU LOOK FOR MONEY TO "JAM" KARABAKH TELEVISION SIGNALS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku special services can not find money to get radio engineering necessary to "jam" Stepanakert "Artsakh" channel signals. According to Baku "525 newspaper", $92000 is necessary for that but the state can not afford such funds. Due to "jamming" method used in the former USSR, Azerbaijan works for preventing the access of its citizens to the information source that does not blend with state propaganda.
