During its chairmanship in the OSCE, Kazakhstan will try not to spoil relations with Azerbaijan and Armenia, chairman of European Integration NGO said.
“Astana pledged to be a ‘fair broker’ in Karabakh process,” Karen Bekaryan told a news conference in Yerevan.
“Kazakhstan, as a CSTO member, will maintain good relations with Armenia, also a member of the Organization. However, it will also feel a religious solidarity with Azerbaijan,” he said. “I suppose, Kazakhstan will work to strengthen positions of the OSCE Minsk Group, but not more.”
