Armenians in Estonia intend to establish an Armenian political party (APE). As the web site of the "Armenian Journal of Estonia” newspaper wrote, a special working group has been formed, led by the representative of the Armenian community in Estonia Grigor Hayrapetyan .

"Today, when the civilized recognizes the Armenian Genocide, we - Armenians of Estonia should not remain on the sidelines of this long-awaited historical event. Fostering the Armenian culture and preserving the Armenian language in Estonia, we take care of their children for the sake of the future development of the Armenian nation in the Estonian land, " Grigor Hayrapetyan said.

According to him, over time, the Armenian party will establish its own independent media, broadcasting in Armenian as well, and representatives in the government.
