He has noted that the executive power of the country shares this position of the Parliamentarian committee. As it is known, one of the terms introduced by the Senat is the clause that the military assistance given to Azerbaijan can not be used against Armenia. But the senators did not include Nagorno Karabakh in this clause and this might be a condition for aggression against Nagorno Karabakh, thinks Armenian parliamentarian.
