Enlarged meeting against Protocols to take place on April 22April 16, 2010 - 19:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 16, another meeting of Armenia’s political forces was held against ratification of the Armenian-Turkish Protocols at Simon Vratsyan center of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun. During it, current situation was discussed and agreements were achieved concerning further joint actions. It was decided to hold an enlarged meeting with participation of all political forces on April 22, as well as to adopt a relevant statement during it, the press service of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun reported. The Armenian-Turkish Protocols The Protocols aimed at normalization of bilateral ties and opening of the border between Armenia and Turkey were signed in Zurich by Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu on October 10, 2009, after a series of diplomatic talks held through Swiss mediation.
