This was made possible by Farm Credit Armenia (FCA), one of the ten credit providers involved in Millennium Challenge Account - Armenia's (MCA-Armenia) farm credit program and the initiator of the leasing facility under the MCA-Armenia Credit Component. The farmers and the representatives of the producer, YTO International, stressed the advantages of new tractors - their cost is much cheaper, they are small and easy to drive, and consume little fuel.
