BAKU MEDIA CLAIMS THAT RUSSIAN MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS ADMITTED RIGHT OF AZERBAIJAN TO CARRY OUT "ANTITERRORIST OPERATION" IN KARABAKH
"Zerkalo" Baku newspaper informs that at the briefing, Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Boris Grizlov, who is in Baku now, admitted the right of Azerbaijan to carry out "anti-terrorist" operation in Karabakh. According to the statement of the correspondents of this issue, "Grizlov has stated that questions regarding Moscow's political support to Azerbaijan might be discussed if the official Baku decided to carry out the anti-terrorist operation in Karabakh'. The newspaper does not cite the minister's statement, just states it and this allows doubting of honesty of the interpretation of his words. In the nearest future, the reaction of the minister regarding the interpretation of his words is expected. Armenian official structures have not reacted to Azerbaijani media information yet. It is worth of reminding that chief of the headquarter of the Russian armed forces, general of the Army Anatoly Kwashnin left out the possibility of military operations carried out by Azerbaijan completely and said that people addressing with such calls "mentally retarded".
