"We are ready for that. But it should not be expected that Germany will take a side of any country while being a mediator. If Germany becomes a OSCE Minsk group co-chairman, it will be in favor of fair conflict settlement", has stated Irmer. As it is known, Germany is a Minsk group member. The Bundestag member has said he is against the military way of the problem settlement.
