PanARMENIAN.Net - During NKR parliamentary elections, Iranian observation delegation visited Hadrut, Askeran and Stepanakert precincts.

“We testify that elections were democratic, transparent and properly organized,” head of Iranian observation delegation Rubik Sardaryan stated.

As he told a news conference in Stepanakert, authorized delegates of all parliamentary candidates were present at the elections, planning to stay until ballot counting time.

“All delegates asserted that no violations were registered in the course of elections. We give high assessment to the elections held and believe that transparency is crucial for NKR authorities in winning trust of Karabakh people,” Sardaryan stressed.
