President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met members of the Armenian official delegation, who arrived in the republic to observe the May 23 parliamentary elections.

Mr. Sahakyan hailed the presence of Armenian observers as a necessary factor for strengthening Armenia-Artsakh ties.

The sides agreed that Artsakh’s achievements in state and democracy building are important for the entire Armenian nation, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
