On June 25, Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan met with Olaf Swantee, France Telecom Executive Vice President in charge of Europe and Sourcing.

During the meeting, Olaf Swantee said that Orange Armenia will invest $50mln and provide 95% of Armenia’s population with cellular communication and high-speed Internet until the end of 2010.

Mr. Vardanyan noted that Orange Armenia should focus not only on the capital, but also on remote regions and villages of the republic, the Ministry’s press service told PanARMENIAN.Net.
