The interim status of Nagorno Karabakh mentioned in the joint statement issued by Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair countries is supposed to be higher than today’s, according to Eduard Sharmazanov, secretary of the Republican Party of Armenia.

“Karabakh is approaching its the final status,” he said. “All should understand that NKR can never be a part of Azerbaijan. We are the winner country and should remember that independence of Nagorno Karabakh can’t be disputed.”
