Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a congratulation message to President Serzh Sargsyan on his 56th birthday.

"Your rich biography has interlaced with glorious pages of the Armenian people's modern history. The victory of our people in trenches of Artsakh liberation war, as well as important mission of military construction and continuous strengthening of Armenia's international image are related to your personal contribution," the message reads.
