Yesterday the Armenian Government has decided "Nairit" enterprise should participate in creation of a joint enterprise on chloroprene caoutchouc production in China. The Armenian side will invest technologies and equipment. The Chinese party will invest raw materials for 100 million dollars. The joint enterprise producing chloroprene caoutchouc will be established on the basis of one of Chinese chemical plants.
