Association of Quality established in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - At the initiative of the Union of Employers of Armenia, Association of Quality was established in Armenia.

Executive Director of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Gagik Makaryan said that this is the first similar structure in Armenia.

“Armenia has low export indices, specifically the share of small business in the total export volume makes 9%. While the organization will assist small and medium businesses to raise the quality level,” Makaryan told a press conference.

CEO of ArmenTel CJSC Igor Klimko has been elected Chairman of the Armenian Association of Quality.

“The activity of our company in the field of corporative social responsibility is diverse and includes various directions. We consider the assistance to creation of the Armenian Association of Quality to be a part of it,” said Spokesperson of ArmenTel CJSC Anush Begloyan.
