PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian side should be blamed for the issue of per minute payment introduction for phone calls. Greece's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Zografos Panayotis completing his mission in the country stated that at the meeting with vice speaker of Armenia's parliament Gagik Aslanyan. As "Arka" informs he emphasized the mistakes had been made by both Greek Company OTE and Armenia's government. "Greece was and is a friendly country for Armenia and our government is for serious investments to Armenia's economy", stated Panayotis.
