Spokesman of the NKR Defense Army Senor Asratyan said that fires are a result of Azerbaijanis’ negligence. Karabakh has no any relation to these incidents, Asratyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. As for the situation at the contact line of the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces, Senor Asratyan said that the Azerbaijani army continues violating the ceasefire regime.
