Yerevan to host all-Armenian chess Olympiad held within framework of One Nation, One Culture festivalAugust 6, 2010 - 21:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 15-23, Yerevan will host the 8th all-Armenian youth chess Olympiad held within the framework of One Nation, One Culture festival. It will bring together 40 Armenian chess players having high ratings. Armenia will be represented at the Olympiad by 7 teams, while Diaspora – 2 teams, Artsakh – one team, the press service of the RA Ministry of Diaspora reported. The Olympiad is held under the joint program of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and Chess Academy of Armenia, under the aegis of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
