On August 10, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with RA Armed Forces General Staff Chief, colonel general Yuri Khachaturov to discuss army building-related issues and defense cooperation between the two Armenian states.

Artsakh Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
