Armenian agriculture development should base on methodology

Agricultural problems were in the focus of a meeting of social economic committee of National Parliament, formation of which is initiated by Sardarapat Movement.

According to movement member Vardan Haykazyan, these problems are not easy to resolve. “Specific methodology should be worked out,” he said.

“The land in Armenia is in a very poor condition and farmers can’t reap proper harvest. Armenia should use organic manure instead of fertilizers,” Haykazyan said.

The specialist also noted that the United States’ daily expenditures for agriculture reach $1bln.
