An Armenian delegation headed by chief of the Railway Department Ararat Khrimian participates in the 35-th sitting of the Council of Rail Transport of the CIS countries opened today in the Kazakh capital of Astana. As the Department external relations office told "Arminfo" agency, working out the timetable of train operation and the order of international itineraries in 2003-2004 will become the main issue on the agenda. Heads of rail departments of the South Caucasian and Middle Asian countries, as well as those of Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine participate in the sitting.
