Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassadors Bernard Fassier of France, Robert Bradtke of the United States and Igor Popov of Russia will presumably visit Arstakh Republic via Azerbaijan.

The visit will take place on September 8, through the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces.

As a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter was told in the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the mediators were probably given “permission and security guarantee” by the Azerbaijani authorities.

The Co-chairs are afraid to be announced persona non grata in Baku, so they decided to visit Karabakh through Baku this time, the source said.
