Heritage calls on Armenian parliamentarians to vote for recognition of NKR independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - For over 2 centuries, NKR has been a “hostage” to its independence, the head of Heritage parliamentary group Stepan Safaryan believes.

“The Republic of Artsakh has all the necessary attributes of a state, yet up till now Armenia has failed to recognize its independence. Moreover, NKR was forced out of Karabakh issue negotiations through the efforts of Armenian authorities,” Safaryan stated at the sitting of Armenian National Assembly (RA NA).
