Armenian Ministry of Defense did not confirm information on detainment of the officer in Youtube video showing the latter humiliating Armenian soldiers, the Ministry’s PR officer told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

As reported by Hraparak newspaper on September 17, the officer identified as deputy commander of one of Karabakh military units was arrested and conveyed to Yerevan.
