In his words, as reported by "Arminfo" agency, during 12 years of independence a certain army "kernel" as well as officers' specialized corps was formed in Azerbaijan. "I suppose that at our administration military operations will not begin at all as the enemy will have to return the occupied territories fearing our further reinforcement. If the war begins it will end in Azeri army's absolute victory", - National Front leader stated.
