VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC, announced that from now on choosing the “YES” prepaid tariff plan students can communicate with friends, send them SMS/MMS messages and surf the internet at the lower tariffs.

From university areas, subscribers of “YES” tariff plan can call each other for AMD 1/minute.

To subscribe to “YES” tariff plan, students should visit any of VivaCell-MTS service centers and produce passport and student ID.
