Belarus neutral on Karabakh processOctober 6, 2010 - 13:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Belarus has numerously stated that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be resolved peacefully, Belarusian Ambassador to Armenia stated. “The conflict should be resolved on the basis of principle of territorial integrity and the right of nations to self-determination,” Stepan Sukharenko told a news conference in Yerevan. As to efficiency of the OSCE Minsk Group, he said Belarus supports continuation of talks in this format.
