Halfback of the Armenian football team Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored the second goal in an UEFA Euro 2012 qualifier against Andorra on October 12, when Armenia defeated its rival 4:0.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that they are happy with the number of scored goals.

He promised that the Armenian team will do its utmost to achieve great results and make their fans happy also in future.

According to Mkhitaryan, the match with Russia due March 26, 2011, will not be an easy one. “However, one should not think that the rival is unconquerable, as any team can suffer a defeat,” noted Mkhitaryan.

The Armenian team is 3rd in UEFA Euro-2012 qualifying Group B with 7 points, while Russia and Ireland have 9 and 7 points respectively.
