Grigory Ayvazyan: inquiry for participation in Azerbaijani parliamentary election delivered to Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - No Azerbaijani will be able to settle in Karabakh or Armenia unless the problem of Armenian refugees is resolved, head of the Assembly of Armenians of Azerbaijan said.

“We will be up and doing,” Grigory Ayvazyan said. “If the matter concerns refugees, so Armenian refugees should return to the sites of their previous habitation first of all.”

As to his inquiry about registration for participation in parliamentary election on Azerbaijan, Ayvazyan said it has been already delivered to Baku.
