Vardan Bostanjyan: national budget can satisfy minor needs of the population

PanARMENIAN.Net - Problems are obvious despite economic growth reflected in statistical data, member of Prosperous Armenia party said.

“One of the obstacles for Armenia’s development is the unsettled Nagorno Karabakh conflict, which hinders introduction of democratic institutes and human rights advocacy in the republic,” Vardan Bostanjyan told reporters on October 19.

Commenting on the national budget, he said it can just satisfy minor needs of the population.

“To make people silent, the budget is presented as social-oriented,” Bostanjyan said.
