Head of SCR reelected Chairman of Coordinating Commission of Railway Transport Council

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 20-21, Vilnius hosted the 53rd session of the Railway Transport Council (RTC) by the executives of railway companies of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Baltics.

Incumbent Chairman of the Coordinating Commission on Improvement of the Normative Legal Basis of Calculations Organization in International Railway Communication, Director General of South Caucasus Railways (SCR) CJSC Shevket Shaydullin was reelected for the second term, the SCR press service reported.

The Railway Transport Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Baltics was established in 1992 to coordinate the works of railroad transport at an interstate level and development of reconciled principles of its activity.
