ACCORDING TO THE HEAD OF RA MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, THE MEDIATORS ARE NOT GOING TO OFFER A NEW PLAN OF KARABAKH SETTLEMENT
. "If the mediators do not succeed in eliminating difficulties, arisen at the negotiation process after Qui West, the meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Geneva will take place in the nearest future", stated the minister of foreign affairs of RA, Vardan Oskanyan at the interwey to "Mediamax" agency. The head of the ministry of foreign affairs does not think that the co-chairmen of OBSE Minsk group will present a new plan of the settlement during their forthcoming region visit. In his opinion, the main aim of the next voyage to the capitals of the countries that are the conflict sides is the eliminating of the mentioned difficulties. The minister again mentioned that the agreement on settlement principles achieved in Paris could become a long- lasting base for the continuation of the negotiation process and the development of a new project of the peace treaty.
