The head of the ministry of foreign affairs does not think that the co-chairmen of OBSE Minsk group will present a new plan of the settlement during their forthcoming region visit. In his opinion, the main aim of the next voyage to the capitals of the countries that are the conflict sides is the eliminating of the mentioned difficulties. The minister again mentioned that the agreement on settlement principles achieved in Paris could become a long- lasting base for the continuation of the negotiation process and the development of a new project of the peace treaty.
