VivaCell-MTS, Mobile TeleSystems OJSC subsidiary has announced the update of YES prepaid tariff plan.

From now on, YES prepaid tariff plan will be available to both students and all those who have not turned 23 yet. Moreover, the students can now obtain the card without presenting the student ID.

All other conditions provided by the YES prepaid tariff plan remain unchanged, company press service reported.
