  Serzh Sargsyan: it is important to establish direct ties between regions of Armenia and Russia  November 9, 2010 - 16:31 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - On November 9, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received a delegation led by Governor of Rostov region of Russia Vasily Golubev. During the meeting, the Armenian President referred to establishment of ties and development of cooperation between the two countries’ regions. According to Mr. Sargsyan, Russia’s regions with their economic opportunities and cooperation potential in various fields can become reliable partners for Armenia’s regions. Vasily Golubev noted for his part that a range of agreements on cooperation has been reached as part of his visit, the presidential press service reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
