On November 12, Armenian Football Federation (AFF) executive committee hosted a meeting led by AFF president Ruben Hayrapetyan.
Several issues, including alteration of the quaintly of clubs in Armenia’s top division was discussed.
A resolution was passed to retain Shirak, who took the last place at 2010 Armenian championship, in the top division.
Thus, beside Shirak, 2011 Armenian Championship will host 8 more teams, 7 top division teams and Ararat, who already secured gold medals, FFA press service reported.
